BACKGROUND
SICL was initially approached to conduct an independent network audit to isolate and identify the cause of constant network failure. Having identified the problem, SICL acted as an intermediary between the then incumbent software provider and the company to resolve the problems being experienced.
It was apparent, however that the current IT infrastructure would not sustain the levels of rapid growth and expansion enjoyed by the company. In fact, the IT would be detrimental to the business and prevent the growth. The directors shrewdly acknowledged this and SICL was engaged on an outsourcing contract to assist the company in meeting the IT requirements necessary for its growth.
The directors at Drive Assist acknowledged the need for IT investment. This also included partnering with a company that could offer them the best advice.
