The new car was unveiled for the first time at The Event ‘10 on the 24th June 2010. SICL has sponsored a race car throughout the Britcar series since 2008 with the team previously driving a Renault Clio Cup in the Class 3 race category. The team has achieved some fantastic results such as winning class at the Silverstone 24 hour endurance race in the first season, but with Class 3 becoming limited and the team and drivers (including SICL’s Ashley Woodman) developing the decision was made to step it up a gear, literally, and move into Class 1.
