SICL View

SICL is pleased to announce a forthcoming upgrade to it's live monitoring service.

To be released Autumn 2010 'SICL View' has been written from the ground up to provide live, real-time, monitoring of critical IT equipment.

Supereceding and improving on the previous system SICL View guards not only against device failure but can proactively alert on performance decrease or threshold breach thereby allowing action before failure and keeping systems running.

Typically thresholds and normal operation parameters can be set per device and alerts configured to suit each individual customer minimising false-positives and allowing pro-active management.  Imagine being alerted by email or text if, for example, a key server has exceeded threshold disc space utilisation or if a core switch has reached peak throughput.

The SICL View service is completely customisable and can be tuned to individual requirements regardless of device or geographic location.

Additional functionality introduced with this release includes automated reporting providing customer-defined graphic and text reporting at pre-determined frequency via an automated report generator.

The SICLView service is provided as a FREE-OF-CHARGE upgrade to all existing support customer subscribing to live monitoring and automated reports can be provided as an optional extra through discussion with your SICL Service Manager.
